COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stella Shibaura 3HC8601-A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Giddings--Lewis products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Matsushita product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Giddings--Lewis such as the 4015636600 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3HNE004421 manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QT30AIGT3100B by Manufacturer Matsushita as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kinco Brand MT4512T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Honeywell such as PCI3ARS232RS485 equipment made by Honeywell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Honeywell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Honeywell" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6ES76342BF000AE3 made by Siemens as well as the popular 4600G42E11A5AE1Q4Q8 original spares produced by Emerson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CEPL13044503R by Carrier and PCI3ARS232RS485 spares by Honeywell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6AV66470AB113AX0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
